I am an Auctioneer and a California Real Estate Broker. I grew up on a hay ranch in northern CA where I learned the importance of an honest days work. I am a graduate of Sierra College and C.S.U. Sacramento, where I earned an AA in general studies and a BA in Art and Photography, respectively. After graduation, I started a trucking business which I operated for six years. This experience taught me the fundamentals of the transportation industry, trucking equipment, and business operation. I have been involved with real estate for several years, including multiple construction projects. I have knowledge of many types of construction equipment. I have an interest in antiques, collectable's, jewelry, western Americana, art and coins. I attended and graduated from the Western College Of Auctioneering in Billings, Montana. During my time at Western College Of Auctioneering I attained the skills needed to professionally participate in auctions. I am a member of the National Auctioneer Association. I understand the auction business and the motivation of the buyers.
